As Broker and co-owner I continue to enjoy assisting clients with all their real estate needs. My vast experience covers 50+ years in the real estate business. My clients consist of buyers, sellers and my agents. Having taught licensing courses as well as investment real estate courses, I have been able to utilize my mathematics and technology background.

Jim has a B.S. degree with mathematics major and physics minor plus graduate work in computer science and operations research. He received the Virginia Realtors Manager of the Year award and served as President of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors (BRAR). He is a recipient of the Realtor of the Year and Past Appreciation awards from BRAR. He served as President of the Alumni Association, member of Endowment Committee and Board of Directors of Shenandoah University.
